While Kennedy's on 'vacation'

...Mommy and Daddy played hookie from work and went shopping!

My parents have taken Kennedy out of town again, we call these "Kennedy's Vacations." I was told she should be back tomorrow...I'm excited and really hope it is tomorrow or I'll be sad. Once my parents TRICKED me an kept her an extra 4 days!!

While Kennedy is vactioning, Kenny and I like to take advantage and spend some much needed quality time for ourselves. Today we were really bad and even took the day off of work to make sure we had enough time to get everything done.

Our first stop was breakfast at Flying Biscuit near Lenox [not mall] Square. If you're familiar with Atlanta, theres this up scale mall that likes to be referenced as Lenox square instead of Lenox mall. It's a building with a number of stores in it...I call it a mall.

We then made our way up 400 (highway) to go to the outlets. My main goal was to replace these BUSTED tennis shoes I've been wearing for at least 3 years. ...added to my list of items were the following:
1. Not one pair, but two pair of tennis shoes...(it was buy 1 get the 2nd half off...I was suckered in)
2. A really cute shirt from Tommy that's navy with white polka dots-button down short sleeve
3. pair of white pants...to go with the shirt
4. "grown up" jeans from Ann Taylor...yep...Ann Taylor...I've never bought a thing out of there...but today, I certainly did. Now, I'm a REGULAR shopper at the LOFT...and IF we have baby #2, my first maternity clothes shopping stop will be the LOFT.

...Now my "want to be diva" husband's list...
1. two pair of dress shoes (one black, one brown)
2. pair of gap jeans (I don't think I like them!)
3. chocolate brown button down long sleeve shirt
4. SUIT (can you believe he bought a suit today?!) really good deal though
5. sport coat
6...and something else from the Gap....? humm...

We also picked Kennedy up an Easter dress from Cater's and a TOO CUTE outfit from babyGap.
...I'm VERY sure no one cares about our shopping adventures...but we had a really good time...OH, yeah the rest of the day...

We leave the outlets finally and go have burgers at Five Guys and then check my crackberry for show times and recent movie releases...and catch a 7:40 show of Vantage Point...it was good...go check it out.

...so, what are we going to do tomorrow?!
