General Updates

I know it has been forever...but I have a good excuse! My trusty point and shoot camera has disappeared...and I seriously can't find it. I'm beginning to think we had robbers and the ONLY thing they took was my 4 year old camera...unlikely huh? Well, I can't find it and don't know where it is! The last time I saw it I was taking a picture of my first turkey for Christmas Eve dinner...it was dry in my opinion, but the stuffing was okay (i had to make two batches because the first one was dry). Kenny fried an additional turkey with the anticipation that his Uncle was coming over (who never showed), which was a huge success and I'll probably never try to bake one again-because my baked one got upstaged-at least in my opinion. My family was impressed that I could actually pull off a complete meal.

Anyway-I took a cute picture of Kennedy the other day, but I don't have access to it currently. I'll try to get it up here shortly.

These are pictures from my photography field trip to Oakland Cemetery. Creepy...I know. It took me about an hour to get over the whole idea of taking pictures of tombstones and mausoleums. The Cemetery was pretty cool though and was originally established in/around 1867. I've seen some sites say 70,000 people are buried there...it was pretty big.

I do want to take a quick second and mention a few amazing people and tell one couple congratulations...~

Erin-I'm so proud that you've started your Master's journey, despite all the responsibilities you already have! Best of luck...and it'll be over soon!

Dallas-congrats on making your fun idea of making tutus such a huge success! you've done a wonderful job with getting your business and great quality signature out there!

Baron family-congratulations on accepting the life long journey of becoming parents! it will truly be one of the most rewarding events in your life.

Aww, Jana! I'm very proud of you for keeping with your photog class and enjoying it! YOU have a lot on your plate right now, too. We need to get your business to grow too! Maybe I see a new venture into the photog world??
